We have a team with over 35 years’ experience in UK independent education.
Bespoke, impartial and conflict-free advice to parents who are uncertain about their education options.
Recommendations for senior schools, prep schools or pre-prep schools to visit within a given geographical area and in relation to the particular student’s personality, aptitudes and aspirations.
During the one-to-one consultation, our experts will explain exactly how the UK independent education system works, make recommendations, and provide information on the registration process and deadlines.
For parents with a number of different options, our experts can clarify and advise on the best school for a particular child, by highlighting potential benefits and drawbacks, and guiding you through the decision-making process.
We only work in the best interests of our client. We have no particular inclination towards one school over another. This complete impartiality and sole focus on our client’s best interests is one of the ways we distinguish ourselves from our competitors. We are well connected but we are not tied or bound to any school in any way whatsoever.
The interview is increasingly becoming the most important part of the school application process. The aim in giving one-to-one interview practice to candidates is to build confidence by helping them to flourish in terms of conveying their own personality, interests, awareness of the world around them, intellectual engagement and all-round potential.
We provide admissions consultation for Oxford, Cambridge, London, Edinburgh, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, MIT, Stanford and others. We give guidance and support for students at every stage of their application from initial university and course selection to personal statement support, admissions test preparation (ACT/SAT/GMAT etc.), interview practice and one-to-one mentoring.
We offer bespoke and tailored academic support, one-to-one across all levels and subjects, and prepare students for the following exams:
IELTS
TOEFL
Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE)
Cambridge Advanced
We will assess and analyse your areas of strength and weakness across the four main language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. This will allow our tutors to develop and customise a tuition plan to maximise improvement in your score.
Based on the initial diagnosis, the lessons tailored to your needs will begin. Your tutor will explain and provide you with the skills and strategies required to maximise your score. Regular practice exams will increase your confidence and your score in your chosen exam.
To reinforce your lessons, your tutor will provide you with homework activities aimed at specifically addressing your needs and ability level.
As your tutor continues to assess and monitor your progress, he/she will determine the best time to move on to new and more advanced topics, beginning the diagnostic process anew.
